Policies

Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will typically be shipped within 2 days.  Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. If you have ordered an item that is not available, delayed, or needs time to be crafted we will notify you via email. Taxes on purchases will be based on residing state & county.

Shipping includes handling. Once we release packages to carriers, all responsibility of its safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible in replacing a package that are lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained.

All international sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns and exchanges for any reason at this time unless the items you receive are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.  We will also contact customers via email to double confirm we have a complete and accurate  addresses before shipping.

Kawai Designs is happy to return/exchange any full price, unused product in their original condition, with original packaging intact within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/exchange. Please email us, and include the original receipt information and we can process the request.
